TERMS OF USE

THE MOVEMENT.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and **[LEGAL ENTITY NAME]** (“we”, “us”) governing your use of betterthannatural.com, all membership areas, the AI assistant, community areas, and any content unlocked by a QR code printed in the book Better Than Natural (the “Service”).

Read them together with our Legal Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, and Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Acceptance

You accept these Terms by creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service. Where you create an account or check out, you must tick a box confirming your agreement. We record the date and time of that confirmation. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, or twenty-one (21) where that is the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into a contract. Accounts belonging to minors are terminated without refund. You may not use the Service if we have previously terminated your account.

3. Your Account

  • One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including through magic-link emails sent to your address.
  • Keep your email address current. Access to the Service depends on it.
  • Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Membership Tiers

The Service is offered in three tiers:

  • READER — free. Granted on registration, including registration through a QR code in the book. Gives access to bonus articles and chapters.
  • CLUB MEMBER — paid, recurring. Adds protocol updates, community access, and member content.
  • TONY’S INNER CIRCLE — by application only. Requires the submission described in Section 10 and our approval. Places are limited and we may decline any application without giving reasons.

We may add, change, rename, or discontinue tiers and the content within them. Where a change materially reduces what a paid tier includes, we will notify paying members in advance and you may cancel.

5. Payment, Automatic Renewal, and Cancellation

Paid memberships are billed in advance through our payment processor. CLUB MEMBER costs **[AMOUNT]** per **[BILLING PERIOD]**and renews automatically at that price on each renewal date until you cancel.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date without further notice, until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time from your account page, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until that date and are then moved to the free READER tier; we do not delete your account.

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it. If it continues to fail, your membership is downgraded to READER.

Prices may change. We will give paying members at least thirty (30) days’ notice before a price change takes effect, and you may cancel before it does. Prices exclude any tax that applies where you live.

**The amount and the billing period have to be written here, in the checkout, and in the confirmation email. All three identical. That is exactly what gets checked when there is a complaint.**

6. Refunds

**[OPTION A — pick one and delete the other]** Payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods, except where a refund is required by the law that applies to you. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made.

**[OPTION B]** We offer a full refund of the first payment of a CLUB MEMBER subscription if you request it within thirty (30) days of that payment. After that, payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Refund requests go to [support@tonyhuge.is].

Digital content is made available immediately. Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you acknowledge that access begins at once and that the right may be lost accordingly.

7. Book Access and QR Codes

The QR codes printed in the book link to a free READER account and to bonus content. Purchasing the book does not create a paid membership and does not guarantee continued availability of any specific bonus item.

We may change, move, or retire the content behind any QR destination. We will keep the printed URLs working, but we do not guarantee that the content they point to will remain identical.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Ask for, offer, advertise, or arrange sources, suppliers, vendors, pricing, or shipping of any prescription medication, controlled substance, research chemical, peptide, SARM, or hormone, anywhere on the Service, including the AI assistant.
  • Give or solicit individualised medical, dosing, or protocol advice, or present yourself as a medical professional when you are not.
  • Copy, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service, or use it to train any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system.
  • Share your login, bypass any paywall, or access content for a tier you do not hold.
  • Upload anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, or infringing, or any image of a person who has not consented.
  • Attack, probe, overload, or interfere with the Service or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Breach of this Section may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent termination without refund.

9. Member Submissions

You keep ownership of what you submit, including photographs sent to The Wall. By submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service and its promotion, for as long as you keep it published plus a reasonable period afterwards for archival and backup purposes.

You confirm that the content is yours, that you have the right to grant this licence, and that every identifiable person in it has consented to its publication.

Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit, or remove anything at our discretion, and moderation does not mean we endorse or verify what is published. You may ask us to remove your content at any time and we will do so within a reasonable time.

10. Inner Circle Applications

An application requires a current photograph, your training history, and your reasons for applying. Applications are reviewed manually. We may approve or decline any application, and we may revoke Inner Circle status where these Terms are breached.

Application photographs are used only to assess the application. They are not published unless you separately submit them to The Wall. Retention is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. The AI Assistant

The AI assistant answers questions about the contents of the book. It is subject to Section 9 of our Legal Disclaimer, which you should read before using it.

You may not use it to seek sources or suppliers, to request individualised medical or dosing advice, to extract the full text of the book, or to attempt to make it behave outside its stated purpose. We may limit usage, log conversations, and suspend access where it is misused.

12. Our Intellectual Property

All content we publish on the Service, and the book itself, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view it for your own non-commercial use while your account is active. Nothing more is granted.

Permission requests: **rights@tonyhuge.is.**

13. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to our designated agent at **[dmca@tonyhuge.is]**, including: identification of the work, identification of the material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement that the notice is accurate, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorised to act, and your signature.

We remove infringing material and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, where you breach these Terms, where we are required to by law, or where we discontinue the Service.

If we terminate a paid membership for breach, no refund is due. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period. Sections 9, 12, 15, and 16 survive termination.

15. Disclaimers, Liability, Governing Law, and Arbitration

The Service is provided “as is” and without warranty. The disclaimers of warranty, the limitation of liability, the release and indemnity, the governing law of the State of Nevada, the forum in Clark County, and the mandatory individual arbitration and class-action waiver set out in Sections 17, 18, 22, and 23 of our Legal Disclaimer apply in full to these Terms and to any dispute arising from them, and are incorporated here by reference.

YOU AND WE ARE EACH GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION. READ SECTION 23 OF THE LEGAL DISCLAIMER BEFORE ACCEPTING THESE TERMS.

**This cross-reference is deliberate: a single wording of the arbitration clause, in a single document. If your lawyer prefers to move it here, then it has to be removed from the disclaimer. What cannot happen is that it exists in both documents with different nuances.**

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will change, and we will notify registered members by email where the change is material. Continued use after an update is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, cancel before it takes effect.

17. General

These Terms, together with the documents referenced in them, are the entire agreement between us. If a provision is unenforceable it is modified to the minimum extent needed, or severed, and the rest stands. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Notices to you are sent to your account email address; notices to us go to the address below.

The Service is operated from the United States and we make no claim that it is appropriate or lawful elsewhere. You are responsible for compliance with your local law.

The Service is offered in three tiers:
