Twenty pounds of muscle in thirty days is the kind of claim that gets a man called a liar. So it was filmed instead of argued.
Across five episodes, Dr. Tony Huge documents [QUIÉN: p. ej. “a single athlete” / “his own attempt”] from the first weigh-in to the last. Training, food, recovery, bloodwork and the compounds involved are shown as they were run — including the days the plan changed, the sessions that were cut, and the numbers that refused to move on schedule.
There is no reveal edited in at the end. The scale is the scale, and it is filmed either way.
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
This is a filmed record of one attempt, under one set of conditions, with medical monitoring and a fixed deadline. It is not typical, not repeatable on demand, and not a promise of what any programme or compound will do for you.
Rapid weight gain of this kind carries real cardiovascular, hepatic and endocrine risk. Nothing in this series is a recommendation to attempt it. Speak to your own physician before changing anything.
